I used Longman Guide some time ago and it seemed to work well due to a well-organized content and enriching amount of vocabulary. It seemed to provide the content which is relatively close to the real test that you may face. Notably, enclosed with each reading section you can find vocabulary or word list as well. The writing part of Longman provided samples and models as well, so you can refer to them for your pursuit.
