It's taken me rather longer than 31 days to read this, because I didn't remember on several days. I downloaded it free for my Kindle, and it's quite interesting: it covers all four gospels with 3-4 chapters each day, plus 'insights', notes and and an overview at the beginning. There wasn't anything particularly different or new, but it was quite good to read the gospels in chunks like this, one account after another, over the run-up to Christmas. There wasn't anything particularly different or new, but it was quite good to read the gospels in chunks like this, one account after another, over the run-up to Christmas. This ebook is apparently taken from a full 'Daily Walk Bible' which covers the entire Bible in a year, and was - in a sense - an advert or taster for it. The idea is good, unfortunately the Kindle version of this had quite bad formatting problems, with enormous, page-sized letters at the headings of the different sections, and (at the other extreme) little overview tables that were too tiny to read. It also had what appeared to be hyperlinks within the text to other parts of the Bible which did not work, as it's just an excerpt, but the editor did not think of removing these, which was a bit annoying. So while I would have given the general content and concept three-and-a-half or even four stars, the formatting let it down quite badly. Still, worth perusing for a good overview of the Gospels. Only available in e-book form.

This is a guide for devotional reading of the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John). It's a subset, slightly more than a sample, of the full Daily Walk Bible. I liked the format — overview of each book, the charts showing the main topics of each section of each book were **REALLY** helpful, then an overview of each day's reading plus insights and application. I wished for more in-depth insights but the intent was to get the reader thinking about each days passage — that was accomplished. My only complaint was navigation — I found it difficult to get to where I wanted, but as long as I just left the book where I finished each day and didn't try to look back, it was fine.

Jesus is the Light of the World Every one who believes or is curious about the Christian faith should take this walk through the gospels. Jesus is Love, Light and Peace that changed the world. His death and resurrection symbolize the new covenant with God that gave us direct access to Him and the ability to let God live inside us, guide us and help us walk in peace, Love and Light as Jesus did.

Absolutely amazing. This bible study was found out of just wanting one to do daily. I expected a crummy outline of books to read (considering it's free) and decided to try it anyways. This bible study is absolutely awesome! It breaks down the gospels in 2-4 chapters a day and then has a reflection of some sort, to read afterwards. Additionally, it breaks down who the author of the book was, the year it was thought to have been written, and completely bases their reflections off of the Word of Go Absolutely amazing. An amazingly comprehensive and indepth look at the life of Christ I've read this multiple times and always find something knew. With side notes and introductions to each days reading, it helps explain and extrapolate on the life and works of the Lord. It gives a brief history of the writer of the book that is also fascinating. A Wonderful Way to Bring Messages from the Four Gospels to Your Daily Life. I began the book with the idea of receiving some daily inspiration. I got that and more. The author of this book helped bring the messages from the Bible home to me in a very personal way. I felt challenged and inspired. I highly recommend this read to anyone who struggles with life.

Good Daily Devotional You will walk through the four Gospels, accompanied by plain speaking commentary and insightful analysis of the scriptures. The translation is a modern one, and written in current English - which some might find off putting given how some words are translated. A good daily.

A really nice and simple bible study I was really pleased with this 31 day bible study. It pointed out a few things in a different light than I had considered in my past New Testament readings. It is very user friendly and easy to understand.

An excellent walkthrough of the gospels. This book includes Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, and includes explanations of what is happening in each chapter. A good tool for reading the Bible. However, this only covers the Gospels. A little disappointed with that, but it was a good read.
