    Wow! The foods we love are really easy to make and are able to lose weight! These are fabulous recipes. I have enjoyed cooking them. Losing weight is so much easier when you can fix anything.

    I really like how the author explains why she chooses not to eat certain foods, the purpose behind the diet, and the importance of exercise. I might not agree with everything she says but I appreciate the explanation. Things I didn't care for were the picture of the carrot in the female's mouth on the cover (not going there).Yes I definitely recommend this for others interested in starting the Paleo diet. If your a vegetarian or vegan though, Paleo probably isn't right for you.
