Nice recipes I missed having photos of the dishes, but the recipes are nice. The sauces are tasty and the desserts a bit out of the ordinary. A nice addition to your grilling repertoire.

No pictures Very underwhelming book with very underwhelming recipes. There aren't any pictures, so you don't even know if you're making these dishes correctly. I picked this up on Amazon, when it had a short freebie run. My family loves to barbeque so new recipes and techniques are always welcome. Recently, we'very moved away from boxes, jars, and cans, trying to cutout chemical additives. A lot of online recipes start with ketchup as a base. So what's the main incredient - tomatoes and chemicals. This book, is djfferent. The recipes for bbq sauces start with tomato puree or paste. Then ingredients like garlic, onions, and spices. While you can find similar recipes elsewhere, I haven't found a site that consistent uses natural ingredients. That's just the sauces. You also get some interesting deserts and appetizers and drinks and salads. A one-stop-shop for outdoor eating. It's definitely a book if you enjoy cooking on or off the grill. A welcome member of my cookbook shelf.

A FEW GOOD RECIPES Will try a few of these recipes, but most of them where already in our wheelhouse, so not too many new or interesting for us to tryout.

We inherited a grill and Scott mentioned not knowing how to use it. So I bought this book for his birthday. I hope the recipes are not over our head. I am pretty excited though.
