    This is a useful little eBook that helps if you want to lose weight and get fit (like me). It goes through the basics of diet and exercise in a fairly even handed way, without dwelling too much on specifics or getting too bogged down. I will admit I mostly skipped through the exercise part this time round, but each exercise here has a useful link to a YouTube video, which makes it easy to go through each exercise when you need to.     It has some useful tips for those who have struggled with weight loss, which is not my case as I have lost 15kgs in last 5 months. I am now looking for information to remove my last 2kgs (belly fat). There are videos for the abs and explained with short sentences, which is good. Also many misconceptions about diet and exercises which in my case I had already knew, but can me useful for others.
