Imagine core concepts from 40-50 books, compressed into single book. This book is exactly that. It summarizes leading concepts and theories in business, allowing me to fill holes in my knowledge. It delivers exactly as marketed, and that is why I admire this book. I can grasp new business concept quickly. When I want to learn more about something, I can go to the bibliography and check original book/article. I won't waste time reading something that has no added value. I won't waste time reading something that has no added value. The reason I didn't give 5 stars, though, is because some concepts are redundant. For example, some approaches about culture are more or less the same, yet they are repeated. It is quite fatal in these kind of books. Then, it would be great if the author explains more about how tools can be used together. I see some have been explained, yet some have unclear use with other tools. Overall, it is useful if you want to learn more about business concepts without having to buy too many different books.
