Yes, there are several recipes included, but this book also teaches readers a lot of information on metabolism. Do you know what your metabolism is exactly? Do you know that certain foods can help boost it? Do you know what other factors can affect it? This book answers these questions and more. There meal plans, tips and rules to getting your metabolism revved up to help you lose or maintain your weight. There's recipes for meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans too.
