I love Thai food. I could eat it every day. It just happens to be bad timing that right now I'm watching the salt content in my diet and Thai food (in general) has waaay too much salt. Fish sauce, soy sauce, curry paste, oyster sauce - it's in everything. And yes, there are low sodium versions of these things but even those are more than I can have right now. But down the road a few months, when I won't have to be so concerned about salt, you can bet I'll be cooking Thai food because so many of I love Thai food. I could eat it every day.
