As learning materials go for Cantonese, this learner's dictionary does as the lengthy titles says. It's a hundred+ years old but for core vocabulary, it pretty much covers the Hong Hong dialect of Cantonese for its time. More modern Cantonese words and subsequent changes in phonology must be found elsewhere. However, it is an excellent resource, available through the Internet Archive text portal.
