It was awesome seeing Princess Diana and Mera fight Nazis.

The story is fun. The graphics are in sync with the vintage look but with a contemporary twist. Marguerite Bennett delivers a good story. Marguerite Savage set the bar for the illustrators (half of them men in this sequence) and the vintage look is never too much. I liked that all three stories of the original launch are moving along and that another one was added. I liked the whole women of WW2 angle being action heroes in every shape, shade and sides. I wait until I have a few episodes to read The story is fun. The graphics are in sync with the vintage look but with a contemporary twist. Marguerite Bennett delivers a good story. I wait until I have a few episodes to read and sit and read all of them in one go. Then I wait again. But it's a good thing. Diana and Mera come ashore and Diana encounters the German army. This doesn't end well for the German Army.

This issue of Bombshells were mostly fighting. You had Aquawoman and Superman vs the mutant zombies and a giant squid, Wonder Woman vs the mutant zombies (on land) and the Baroness. The best part was the girl escaping from her father's evil prison. Definitely an issue focused more on fighting than relationships, but I suppose that is the nature of superhero comics. At least they looked good doing it. This issue of Bombshells were mostly fighting. Great story, as usual, this one hasn't lost a step. but, new artist? It looks... more childish, or at least the girls do with the extra round faces making the majority of them look even younger, besides Wonder Woman.
