War has officially started and “all hope is lost”. This is so bad!!! I don’t like them in war ugghh!!!
Rangga Sukmawijaya –

AvX RE-READ! "All hell officially broken loose." The battle is well on the way. Hero against hero. Friends against friends. This issue its largely filled with panels of fighting. Jason Aaron makes it more interesting by adding panels of a narrator, which also helps give it a 'classic Marvel' feel and also adds a little depth to the issue. At this point, it's still easy for readers to decide who they want to back. However, the same cannot be said when we get to later issues in the series. John Romit AvX RE-READ! His style is better suited to drawing action, rather than people stood around talking. It also does take a certain amount of skill to draw so many different characters in one comic, so the fact that he can do it without any major problems shouldn't be taken for granted, and should be seen as a plus.

And here it is, the moment we are all waiting for. The big battle between mutants and superheroes. And it reaks of the same awful failure of most marvel events. Illustration is not improving either. The only cool thing about this issue is with colossus and magneto doing that combo against the airship carrier.

Some good match-ups, though none really last more than 1 or two panels as the writers are giving a bigger picture in this issue of just how big this clash is. As usual, not bad, fun nerd fodder, but nothing to rave about.
Collin Huster –
This is the action I wanted to see! Hulk v. Colossus, Magneto v. Iron-Man. Yes yes yes.
Jeffrey West –
The writing this issue threw me off a bit. The art is still fantastic.
Pericles Dorantes –
No se que fue mas emocionante, red hulk vs colossus, magneto vs ironman, o cyclops vs captain america.
Zapik –
Microscopic telepathic tasers.
Christine –
Well, more X-men showed up, which is promising. Still no Gambit or Rogue. *siiiiiiigh* Looking forward to the next issue.
