Availability: Ready to download

Steven's cruising the Chicago lakefront park when he meets the man in the Jeep. He seems nice. He seems sexy. He seems like the kind of guy Steven could have a very good time with. When the guy invites him to his place, Steven doesn't hesitate to accept. But when Steven gets back to the guy's apartment, he realizes, too late, there's more on the menu than just sex. So... yeah, this is exactly what you think it is. It's very well-written, but I wanted more. So... yeah, this is exactly what you think it is. It's very well-written, but I wanted more.

4.5 stars, rounded up. Full review can be found at - If you're already a fan of the author's horror you'll be all over this. Not many can say so much in only 19 pages but Rick R. Reed always finds a way where the reader is not left wanting. A great horror short. 4.5 stars, rounded up. Delicious. Finger-lickin'-good ;) I read it in the waiting room to the dentist. Felt appropriate. Delicious. Finger-lickin'-good ;) I read it in the waiting room to the dentist. Felt appropriate.

There is a point where a short story is just too short, this is one of them BECAUSE it's such a great read. OK so I'm greedy and needed more. Hence the 3 stars, that's the only reason for them, otherwise it would have gotten more, but that's how it was written and it's done very well, I can't fault it for anything except it's length, which as I said I understand that's how it was to be, but it had so much more potential to make an excellent novel. So because of this book, I have new shelf called "Twisted AF." Had this not been written so well, I wouldn't have read the few pages of the story. It was told interesting enough though as an ethical Vegan, I need to check my self for reading this and not vomiting the green smoothie I consumed as I read. This made me gag. This made me hope for a showing of Fava Beans. This made me kinda sad. This made me question who I am. This made me love the people who made it show up in my feed. Jesus. I kinda guessed what was going on after the second chapter or so. It reminded me a bit of a short story John Inman has written for 7&7 - Anthology of Virtue and Vice... Well, what can I say. I like horror and m/m literature. Rick R. Reed has a really great style. It's my first book by this author and definitely won't be my last. Jesus. A short coffee-time read, written with cheeky flair. I can't say a lot more than that, or my review will be longer than the book! But it's definitely worth a read, and is a good introduction into this author's style. Huge fun, slightly gory and very naughty in parts. You'll never look at steak the same way again. I loved it! Loved the darkness ..... but now I have this insatiable lust for that amazing salad he tosses together with bibb lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, feta cheese, orange sections and a dressing of olive oil, Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar. I think I'll pass on the steak though ....... Very short horror tale. Knew how the story was going to play out, but that's not necessarily a deterent. Feel like I needed more to the story, but of what I have no idea. Very short horror tale. 4.5 stars REALLY short. REALLY creepy. And REALLY well written. Not for the faint of heart (or stomach), this one will push your limits, but for a very short story, REALLY damned good.
