Fun to read and simply to follow Liked how easy the recipes were to follow, very nice combination of recipes that can compliment many other ingredients. I am not partially find if pork and can easily change out the pork recipe to tofu or non meat selection. I liked the flow of her. Cook book. Recommended

Had some good looking recipes. Needs a little more information on some of the recipes. On a recipe for Shanghai Pork Chops, the ingredient list just stated "4 pork chops." What kind? Boneless? How thick should the chop be? Do they need pounding? I couldn't tell from the picture. Had some good looking recipes. Needs a little more information on some of the recipes. Great Cookbook! My family loved several of these recipes and they no longer request our weekly Chinese takeout. We now call it Chinese takein! So much better tasting and easier to cut out some salt as well! I look forward to purchasing your other books.
