    Really good book, wish I'd actually read the whole thing whilst I was still training clients as I alined with a lot of what he said and would have complemented what I was doing.     Fantastic Book by a Truly Motivating Author and Individual I've always looked up to the author (Jamie) from a fitness perspective. He was one of the fitness enthusiasts who first motivated me to lose weight and take control of my body. Since then, I've lost over 140 pounds and started my own health and fitness blog and online coaching business. Funny enough, I started following Dan Meredith as I became more involved in copywriting and, to my surprise, discovered that he and Jamie were close friend Fantastic Book by a Truly Motivating Author and Individual I've always looked up to the author (Jamie) from a fitness perspective. He was one of the fitness enthusiasts who first motivated me to lose weight and take control of my body.
