    I enjoyed exploring this book which contains accessible information on inflammation and enticing recipes that I want to try, such as White Velvet Cauliflower Soup, Coconut-Crusted Cod with Mango-Pineapple Salsa and Turkey Meatballs in a Muffin Tin.

    Fine if you don't have arthritis I hate to whine, but how can one prep these meals with raging RA? It's a catch 22: I can't cook this until I get better. Cooking wears me out, then there's cleanup, and that's just one meal! I can't chop, cut, grip stuff, pick up pots and pans. I ordered the paperback but I'm canceling the order. What's the point.
