These Simpsons comics are always a bit corny, filled with puns, dad jokes and in-your-face pop culture references, but there's something about them that I find comforting. The Simpsons graphic novels are almost always a solid five star read for me, but this one was just slightly below the mark. For one thing this was longer stories, rather than the short form stories most of the graphic novels consist of. It was still a good read, but just didn't quite reach the usual level of the series to me.
