Quick easy recipes I found these recipes easy to make. Most of the ingredients I had in my pantry. One question though, why is gluten-free flour so expensive?

Surprisingly I really liked this even though it hardly had any pictures. The beginning of the book was very helpful with all of the beginners information. The recipes were a mixed bag, some of them had a few ingredients and others had a little more. The steps were simple enough and they were numbered, most of the recipes had around five short steps. Most of the recipes have tips at the end of the recipe maybe to improve upon it? however, I found it very helpful.

I won a copy of this book. I feel like I've learned about Gluten from reading this book. It's not just wheat, but so many other things. The first chapter details what gluten is and give some tips and tricks about how gluten may be disguised with other names. Chapters two through nine have fantastic and delicious recipes with pictures (my favorite part of any cooking book). I won a copy of this book. I found out I have celiak disease about 6 months ago and it's been really difficult to find recipes that work when you have to stay away from gluten. This was one book I borrowed from kindle unlimited. Lindsay Garza uses Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free flour for almost all her recipes, this flour contains beans. That is a gluten free flour I won't use because it doesn't taste good. If you don't mind using that flour this might be a good book. I found several recipes for chicken and other food that looked good. But I could have got them from any other cookbook and just replaced the flour with cornstarch where it's used.

Love It! This is one of the best gf cookbooks I've read. The ingredient list in each recipe aren't a mile long, they can all be cooked quickly and are super healthy. I've struggled since being diagnosed with celiac 5+ years ago to cook healthy meals that don't take forever in the kitchen to prepare so this cookbook has really inspired me to cook up a storm for my family. I love all the one pan recipes in this book, that makes my life so much easier. I highly recommend this cookbook!!!!! Love It! This is one of the best gf cookbooks I've read.
