Laborious But Sound A wide range of recipes that are attentive to low carb meals. Some ingredients are eclectic and lack definitions. Many meals have long preparation and/or cooking times relative to what most people prefer. The long cooking times also seem likely to compromise nutrients. Great recipes Much better recipes in this book than I’ve seen. This book doesn’t go into details about the Keto diet, but the recipes look great, the directions aren’t complicated & the ingredients won’t be difficult to obtain.
