    I expected more from this but what I got was use gluten-free flour and gluten-free bread crumbs and gluten-free sauces instead of base recipes for making your own to use in the recipes. It’s touted as a “healthy lifestyle” but if you follow the recipes here it’s highly processed. And…there are recipes in here that aren’t gluten-free so please read all packaging at your grocery store before using. For instance, egg noodles…not gluten-free and tamari sauce…check the label. I’ve come across several I expected more from this but what I got was use gluten-free flour and gluten-free bread crumbs and gluten-free sauces instead of base recipes for making your own to use in the recipes.
