    I purchased a copy on Amazon while buying another book at the time. She had 3 books on dieting god's way and chose this one. Although there is some advice im quite well familiar with, she still gives some wise advice to take heed to when listening to your body while being in tune with the holy spirit. She makes you think about the factors hindering your healthy weight. Can journal in this read. I'd add to stop treating yourself with cheap, harmful foods due to money, lack of knowledge, or laziness. Read the labels and treasure your temple since it only is yours once until we get our resurrected bodies for a lifetime. I own a copy and giving my honest opinion of the book. 3.75/4 stars
