A simple, quick read! Honestly, I "picked" this book up because I wanted to learn more about our future VP. It give a very quick overview of Harris both growing up and career. I did not find this book to be bias. It highlighted that there is much criticism about her work and what she said she was set out to do. I would have liked some statistics on her years as a prosecutor, but that is only because I see life in numbers and I feel I would've had a better understanding about her work. A simple, quick read! Politics of 2020 Being from California I know the outline of Senator Harris's careeer.Yet I learned more with short history. Indeed she is a sharp questioner but it is about time sharp questions are asked.Read this book before voting.it may help focus your mind and you may sharpen your choices. Very Indormative This was a very good book that educated people on who the Vice President Elect is and although there are some things that she did disturbed me mainly as Prosacuter and Attorney General, we can not expect Black women and men to make decisions based on race but the law

Good quick read Many of to (especially from the east coast) know little about the vice presidential nominee, and I was eager to learn more about her beyond campaign hype. This seems a fair account, giving the basics concisely. A useful tool for voters who don't have a lot of time. Great Read Great to read this book at this time right when she has been nominated Vice President Elect. To know how much of a role her parents played in her development. On the front line as a baby in a stroller at a protest with her parents.

Garbage Pure garbage...no redeeming features to this woman. Fiction. I think it would have been better to come out with the truth of how she go where she is, not by brains.
