    I really liked the insight the book gives to somebody who is thinking about selling their business. I got it as an audiobook, and feel the book is better suited as a physical book or kindle in order to take actual notes. I could see quickly reviewing this book prior to speaking with a future acquirer. This book does give a lot of tips and insight into what could occur during an offer to purchase.
