    Perfect for someone trying to sell their business I received this book as a good giveaway. For anyone who is thinking to sell their business, this book is a comprehensive one for them. It covers everything valuating your business to finding the right buyers to closing the deal. If you're seeing your business, this probably should be your go-to book. I do wish certain terms were defined like escrow or due diligence. Perfect for someone trying to sell their business I received this book as a good giveaway. For anyone who is thinking to sell their business, this book is a comprehensive one for them. It covers everything valuating your business to finding the right buyers to closing the deal. If you're seeing your business, this probably should be your go-to book. I do wish certain terms were defined like escrow or due diligence.

    Michelle clearly outlines what it takes to sell a business. She is an expert in her field and the book shows this. I also love that if you aren’t looking to sell the business, you can still use the wisdom in this book to create a real business that ultimately serves your purposes.
