   I had my first outbreak of oral herpes nearly 5 years ago. Of all the horridness, the pain and itching were unbearable. I literally freaked out as my general physician said that it had no cure.    Heal yourself through diet This book proposes the idea that you can heal what ails your body by eating a high alkaline diet. I find the idea intriguing. This is a huge amount of information obviously it is 8 books. So there is a lot of material to sort through. I would suggest taking your time and really processing it all. There are all meal plans and recipes which are handy.
