A cute ending to one of the funniest mangas I've read. Hana was a mood through out the story and she's got to be one my favorite Shoujo manga heroines to date. A great story to have fun reading. This ending was perfectly what this series needed. I really enjoyed my journey with these characters, and loved seeing them both grow and mature throughout the time we spent with them. It had all of the comedy beats that I needed and wanted from it, and I would love to see more from this mangaka in the future.

I have loved every moment of this series far more than I ever thought I would. However, I expected a bit more bang for the finale. This reads like an average volume that ties up various odds and ends or stretches the story out for the finale, and then it quietly wraps everything up. There are some truly cute, sweet, and funny moments, but it feels like it's missing something. I love the bonus stories. Ahh the ending at their wedding and their kiss! We have come full circle as it was a perfect reflection of their first kiss! This manga made me laugh a lot. I didn’t want to stop reading at all. So many great fun characters.

This super sweet series has come to an end much quieter and chaste than I would have expected from either of these two characters. I would have preferred the storyline if it hadn't been a maneuver of someone else- it didn't feel right that these two totally strong characters were managed like puppies. I purchased a special edition at B & N that included another slim volume of bonus stories. I liked the bonus stories better. 5/5 for the whole dang series!!!!!!! I never expected to love this so much. Yes, the age gap is weird but this story made it work so well. Great story with great characters. The humor is the best part of this series. This was definitely one of the best romcoms I have ever read!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The limited edition cover is my favorite! And the bonus stories were perfect. You get to see what everyone is up to 7 years later.

This was a wholesome ending to a chaotic story. While, for me personally, it's missing an extra something to make it a five stars, it was still such a lovely ending to the story. If you've read volume 17, this one is pretty self-explanatory with Takane and Hana navigating married life and dealing with living together as a couple. There's a lot of the classic sass and jokes. They don't feel overly recycled, and it's honesty really cute to see how worked up Takane gets when he thinks Hana doesn't c This was a wholesome ending to a chaotic story. Hana too. She's such a strong character in this now, and so opinionated. I love that she never lost her backbone and instead learned to become even stronger throughout this series.

This was everything I wanted and more as a finale to one of my favorite manga series I've read thus far. Over the course of these 18 volumes, we not only got a cute/funny love story, but we also got a tale of tremendous growth. We got the growth of independence and maturity from Hana as she faces the concept of love, her future, and adversity. And from Takane we saw him grow in acceptance, compassion, relaxation, and yes- maturity. And so ends an amazingly well-crafted love story. When they first met, Hana had just turned sixteen, while Takane was 26. At their first meeting, Hana was disguised as her older sister who refused to be part of an arranged marriage, even if it was to the wealthy grandson of a billionaire who happened to also be Hana's father's employer. Takane immediately pissed off Hana, and she threw a wig in his face and stormed out. Then all the wild, wacky, weird things started. Unbeknownst to anyone, Takane's grandfather was fully aware it was Hana at the meeting, & he constantly maneuvered things behind the scenes to get Takane and Hana grow closer. He had finally found a girl who could tame his wild, brash grandson, a girl who could give tat for every tit from Takane. A lot of crazy things happened, but in the end, Takane and Hana fell fully in love with each other, and after receiving grandfather's (as well as Hana's parents) approval, they tied the knot. Hana stole the scene at the end, and now, they look forward to a life of happily wedded bliss. With daily smart alec remarks from Takane, and witty retorts from Hana. And they wouldn't want it any other way. I REALLY enjoyed this series. If you like odd-ball school-life/slice-of-life rom-coms, then you definitely need to read this series.

This manga and I, we go way back. I first started to read Takane to Hana when there were only a few chapters published and I was enjoying it thoroughly as it was one of the most refreshing shoujo I've encountered. I'm terrible when it comes to following series as it is publishing - what I mean is that I'm too impatient and then I tend to forget about it while I wait - so it took me quite long to come back and finish this. It's a good thing, though, because this manga is now finished. Over the years, I switched from shoujos to a rather more action, darker shounen genres but I was happy to come back to something light and fluffy. Personally, I still think this is one of the more original rom coms - at least, I didn't have the urge to smack the heroine with a brick - and the mostly drama-free story was exactly what I needed. I laughed, I giggled and yeah, I even squealed at one point. That being said, I would say this is a great read when you want something easy on a lazy day, but it's not exactly a remarkable masterpiece that you will think about for too long. Me being my hypocritical self, though, I'd like to now start a petition to get the author to write a sequel with Mizuki and Niccola 🙏

This series was really cute, but I wish there had been a bit longer of an epilogue to give me a bit more closure. I feel like their relationship barely progressed after Vol 14 and I would've liked to see a few more sweet, quiet moments between the two to show how far they've come. I enjoyed the series overall a lot, it was very cute, and I found the comedy mostly hilarious, but sometimes I wish the balance had leaned a little harder on the serious, sweet moments. I thought them popping out the triplets from Hana's literal nightmares was a little weird too. Oh well. (hide spoiler)]

I'm crying! I wasn't emotionally prepared for the end of the series, but it was so good! The characters have all grown so much, and I'm really proud of everyone, from Takane and Hana to Mizuki and Okamon and Hiromi. This series delivered for me on so many fronts volume after volume: the pacing, the character development, the art, the humor, the romance, the balance of seriousness with comedy, and how attached it kept making me. This book concludes the series with Takane and Hana getting married and being gifted their own apartment as a wedding gift from Takane's grandfather as well as giving us glimpses of their life several years down the road. I still love this series with its banter and some of the things the grandfather does makes me laugh. While this volume wasn't my favorite of the series, I did still enjoy it and am a little sad that the series is over. I liked the series in general, although it ended up getting a bit stale and didn't care for the repetitive gags. The age difference always creeped me out, but was largely able to ignore it. I did laugh at some of the things said throughout the series, enjoyed the art, and a lot of the story lines. I basically just viewed Takane and Hana as brother and sister instead of lovers. Glad the story concluded. It did feel like it dragged out in certain parts like in volume 11 and a few after and the only story arc I cared for since was meeting his mother. I do think the grandfather should have been made more aware of what was going on with family and what lead to the volume 11 sexual assault. Maybe I glossed over it or do not remember if he knew but he did not.

Wonderful volume in itself, but also a lovely conclusion to a fabulous, fun series. I loved the characters throughout the series and the way they developed. This last volume really showed everyone coming into their own and I just loved the way the plot was resolved. The illustrations were fun and I liked them. My only complaint is that the 6 years later was so short.

It didn't really end with the bang I expected. It's more of a 'well, they're married now' and everyone goes 'ok' and carries on with their lives... I think I also expected more from Hana than to just become a housewife. Yes, she got into college but to do what with her life? Still a relatively satisfying end to the series. i would have probably rated this higher if it wasn’t for hana’s age. even if i could kind of put it to the back of my mind, it was still obviously very weird. every time they’d mention it i’d almost physically recoil lol it sucks because otherwise this series is so good and not to mention visually appealing (i love the art style !!!).

I really enjoyed this final installment in the series, but I found the ending kinda wanting. I would have loved to have seen a peek of what Takane and a grown up Hana would have lived like and I was just left wanting more. Overall happy that I stuck with the series but I still wish the whole weird age gap thing didn't happen. I really enjoyed this final installment in the series, but I found the ending kinda wanting.
