James “Jim” (giraffe) gets along with all the other animals in the jungle. Sometimes they tease him, but he just laughs. 1-day he decided to invite the animals to hear him sing. How did the animals react? I do not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing free books from publishers & authors. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one. An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures, charming illustrations & proper kindness & writing James “Jim” (giraffe) gets along with all the other animals in the jungle. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary; age) true love storybook. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational presentation (Emotions & Feelings), movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini-TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars. Thank you for the free author; BookSends; Amazon Digital Services LLC. Kindle Mobi; book Tony Parsons MSW (Washburn)

Bullying Is Not Cool !! Here is another ten star book written by Michael Gordon. What!? I can only give it five stars. Bummer. The story in this book will jump off the page and grab your heart. Fascinating and having a courageous giraffe inside will make a nightly read for you and your little one. I highly recommend this book for the Preschool to First grader. Jim talks with everyone but no one talks back. It makes Jim very sad when he hears them making fun of him and his long neck. What does he Bullying Is Not Cool !! Cute story but also disagree with certain wording My main issue is it says "you choose to be happy or sad". This is not true for anyone struggling with depression and tho this is a kids book kids feel big feelings all the time that can confusing or overwhelming so saying it's their choice if they're sad or not can be confusing for them. It isn't a choice. Cute story but also disagree with certain wording My main issue is it says "you choose to be happy or sad". Giraffes can sing. This is a story of perseverance. The giraffe wants to do something even though it hasn't been done before. Doing something new and unexpected can cause you to feel big emotions. This is a cute story for exploring that. Giraffes can sing. This is a story of perseverance. Fun read. It was too short (my only complaint) but it was fun. Didn't rhyme though but that's fine. Illustrations are fine too. Fun read. It was too short (my only complaint) but it was fun. Didn't rhyme though but that's fine. Illustrations are fine too.

Enjoyed it Touches upon bullying, being different, chosing to be happy, and being brave to do what you love despite what others may say or think.

Impact driven We’ve been reading your books for a couple of weeks now and they seem to be having a huge impact when my children are experiencing uncomfortable emotions. Thank you!

Giraffes can't sing This author is awesome! I wish I had access to his book/s when my child was small. He takes the bad and rude kids and turns them into good and kind children. What the parents should be teaching. Giraffes can't sing This author is awesome! I wish I had access to his book/s when my child was small.
