How will they work it out? Drew is 34, chestnut hair and blue eyes. Now, they use Skype and calls to keep in touch as each man is on a different team, traveling galore, and trying to catch space for their time to share. They are in touch with family, have plans for an island getaway for New Years, and then they will solidify a plan. Meanwhile they meet up, have sexy times when they can, and yearn for more. There is a lot to consider, because there is the teams, the fans, and the public in general, plus families. They celebrate Chrismukkuh, because one is Jewish, and their respect is lovely. Their love is deep, powerful, and uninhibited. The island retreat is marvelous ! A terrific sporty Christmas story. Enjoy ! =====

If I could craft the ideal happily ever after, I imagine it would be the story told within the pages of this book. So often, we read stories that end at the HEA. They are an established couple of three years, and they deeply love each other. However, Drew is deep in the closet. While Todd is out, his relationship is just as closeted as Drew is. On top of that, they live separate lives, except when they face each other on the ice. I love the way Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood wrote this story. The love between Drew and Todd is so strong that it's almost tangible. If you've spent any time in the author duo's Facebook group, you've seen their real-life love in action. I genuinely believe their relationship is the real deal, and it shows through their stories. It didn't take me long to get lost in this book and fall in love with Drew and Todd. They are exceptional men, teammates, friends, and boyfriends. I couldn't pick a favorite of the two, even if under force. They are both equally great characters. We met both of them briefly in previous books, but we never really knew anything about them. (Don't worry. If you haven't read the previous books, you won't be left confused or trying to catch up) That all changes in this book. They went from minor side characters to main characters and revealed everything we never knew we needed to know. I found myself smiling many times throughout this book--with the broadest, ear-splitting grin once I finished. There were a few parts I even gasped with joy upon reading. Do you know those books that make your heart feel warm and full of fuzzies? Ice Angels is the epitome of that book. It has easily become one of my favorites. I think it just knocked a book off of the top three, and those have been there since mid-2020. Do not let anything keep you from reading this book. The way they write the hockey scenes makes even a novice understand what's going on. They pull you into every single part of the book, whether you planned on skipping that part or not. I do not advise skipping anything in their books because you will miss something golden. I guarantee it. This book is a novella, but it is wonderfully written. Nothing is rushed, left out, or only skimmed over. This love story is complete and will leave you feeling like you just received one of the best hugs you have ever had. You will want to read this book over and over again. I know I do!

Ice Melting Another beautiful loving story by Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood. We start the story 3 years into this love story between Drew and Todd. They use to play for the same team, now on opposing teams, they work hard for every single minute together. This book was amazing and beautiful. What they have together is worth the fight. What would you do to be with the one you love?? What Drew does and Todd, I was left breathless and at times in tears. Their HEA was simply stunning and perfect. Hockey Romance With Heat "Ice Angels " is a truly well written romance staring two Professional Hockey Players, Drew Simon, and Todd Cleever, that play for different teams, fall in love, and have to find a way to be together. Each man faces his own challenges, but when the two are able to get together, the love, romance and passion rolls off the page. Drew and Cleevs are professional hockey players. One is out. One is not. Trying to find time to be together with their crazy travel schedule is exhausting. These two committed lovers need to find a way to move forward and live the fulfilling life they deserve without losing the sport they love. This was a low angst, heartwarming story with plenty of steam! Well written storyline that kept me thoroughly engaged. Highly recommend!!

I had a constant smile on my face even when I was laughing out loud or when my heart was full of love and my eyes with happy tears. Drew and Todd’s love for each other is so heartwarming. The chemistry they shared was near combustible. My heart broke for them whenever they had to part. I loved the banter and support between the friends and teammates. I also loved that this hockey romance actually centres around both hockey and romance. I did not want the book to end. A top read of 2021. Ice Angels is my first book by Ryan Taylor & Joshua Harwood and definitely will not be my last. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to read one of their books and I am looking forward to reading the rest of their books in the near future. Ice Angels is an mm, age gap, sports (hockey) romance told in the first-person point of view of Drew and Todd. *advanced copy requested and honestly reviewed on behalf of Canadian Girl Book Blog* 🍁 Facebook 🍁 Instagram 🍁 Twitter 🍁 TikTok 🍁 Blog 🍁

A sweet and spicy hockey romance! I’ve really been enjoying reading books by these two authors. I’m fairly new to their work having read my first book just over a year ago. The blurb really tells you everything you need to know about this book but it can’t convey how deeply Drew and Todd love each other. We know that they’ve been together for a while, so this book lets us see into their life after they fall in love and how they deal with coming out. Parts of this story made me feel all nice and gooey inside, while other parts kind of broke my heart for what this couple was going through. I’m not a hockey fan but for some reason I really enjoy sports related MM romance. The authors keep the hard-core hockey lingo to a minimum and also explain things that a novice like me might need to know. I love the solution the authors came up with so Drew and Todd could be together. I also loved what happened when they vacationed in St. Barts. I’m being deliberately vague because I try not to write spoilers. Please give this book a try; I think the books by Taylor and Harwood keep getting better and better. A copy of this book was provided to me at my request but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author. ***Reviewed for Xtreme-Delusions dot com***

The two together were pure magic. They fit together perfectly like a puzzle, and they just want what other couples have. Hiding their relationship has been exhausting. This book has zero drama or angst. It was purely a love story for two men who were denied the privilege of just being together openly. The story was well written and chock-full of good feels. I highly recommend you give this tender love story a try. It will not disappoint. Happy reading! * * * Copy provided to Bayou Book Junkie for my reading pleasure. A review wasn’t a requirement * * *

Drew wants something to change. He loves Todd but he cannot be with him. It is driving him crazy. There must be a way out of this. Todd is feeling very similar to Drew. He is in love with him, but they work for different teams and not together when they have time off, even when they are "together." Something has to give or he will go insane. This story was sweet, and had a great pace to it. I love hockey, so the jump right into the game sucked me right in from page one. These characters were easy Drew wants something to change. This was another hot and sweet hockey romance read by this writing duo. A little detail I liked was their reference to their own previous holiday book. I always enjoy how their stories flows and the writing is done so well. The mc's , Todd and Drew, are already together at the start of the story butt need to define what they have. We follow them along on their journey to their hea as active NHL players and the time afterwards. I think I'm done with this author. He's not bad, but this is the third book I've tried, and although I really enjoyed Nick's and Jacob's story (and it was compelling enough I could ignore the preaching in places), the second one (with Kevin and Tyler) and now this one just had no plot. It's simply two people coming together (with way too much sex) and nothing else -- no tension, no real conflict. Again, not bad but not interesting enough for me to continue on. Deliciously beautiful story Ice Angel is a beautiful, no-angst, well-thought out story. And the funny part? I, as a Dutchie with zero idea of ice hockey, was breathless with excitement during the play descriptions. Really! I have NO idea of the rules, or whatnot, but the sports parts were riveting. And the love story was priceless, as always with this writing couple. I've enjoyed every second of this read! Deliciously beautiful story Ice Angel is a beautiful, no-angst, well-thought out story. 2.5⭐️ This was just okay for me. I mean, I liked the characters but it was significantly longer than it needed to be. It felt pretty monotone and I got bored several times and read other books in between. It was good enough to finish instead of DNF. There were whole sections that left me wondering, "What the heck was the point of that?" They were sweet together and the HEA is gold but again, just okay as a whole. 2.5⭐️ This was just okay for me. Outstanding Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood are Phenomenal Authors, Ice Angel's was an Outstanding book for all to read. The love between Cleeves and Drew was Exceptionally written into the most amazing lovestory. I was moved and touched by these two characters to go through playing hockey and being in love like they are it was an inspiration to read that kind of love.  Thank you Ryan and Josh for another rewarding book. I had so much fun reading Cleevs and Drew’s story. The story flowed perfectly. You can feel the love and attraction that Drew and Cleevs’ have for one another. Ice Angels has a perfect balance of love, steam and hockey. The authors do a great job of writing beautiful and sexy stories where the characters feel so real while bringing awareness to LGBT causes.

Couldn’t put this down! I love everything written by Ryan & Josh. Their stories are so realistic it’s hard to put down. I also love how interconnected the stories are. It’s great to catch up with previous characters. I was so curious and excited to read more about Cleeves! I’m glad he got his HEA!

I loved this book, Ryan and Taylor write such amazing stories and I've read all their books. Drew and Todd may be my new favorite couple. Love how they figured out making time for each other while they both had busy hockey careers. Also love that we get to read about some games and how they included friends and their support. Wonderful story! Oh wow, that ending sentence was just so beautiful. Wonderful heartwarming story! I liked that there was hardly any angst. Drew and Todd are already in a committed relationship full of sweetness and fluff. Can't wait to read it again! Wonderful story! Oh wow, that ending sentence was just so beautiful.
